• Day 1 (Mon) Miami/Paramaribo, Suriname

Depart from Miami at 15.30 and arrive at Paramaribo International Airport at 23:59. Welcome to Suriname! After Immigration and Customs please follow your Sunny Land Tours escort, to Airport Exit. A representative of B&D will be waiting for the group.

A 50 minutes transfer will bring you to the Krasnapolsky Hotel. Paramaribo, the Capitol City of Suriname is a junction of cultures. An old Holland colony where people for many countries arrived to work in the plantations. Here you can find temples of different cultures such as, Hindus, Turkish, Muslims, Anglicans and others as well as the biggest wooden church in America. Entrance of African slaves hundreds of years ago still keeps the charm and languages of ancient African tribes (maroons), making Suriname one of the must atypical countries to visit. Located in the middle of the Amazon Jungle, Suriname has plenty to offer as one of the most exotic destination of South America.

As one of the oldest and most familiar companies in the Hospitality division, Hotel Krasnapolsky established in 1973, has become a famous landmark in Paramaribo’s downtown city scene. • Day 2 (Tue) Paramaribo

Enjoy a typical breakfast, depart to Bergendal, last plantation at the river side of the Suriname river. 13:00 welcome cocktail and local singing ladies upon arrival at hotel. Hotel inspection and welcome cocktail at Piraña bar. Dinner will be served overlooking the river and after dinner show, a group of maroon dancers will perform at one of the hotel´s piers. • Day 3 (Wed) Bergendal

Today we visit to the Heritage Village, an old slave town at the side of the Suriname river. Arrive at Adventure Center for a river kayak tour. After lunch at resort, enjoy the canopy tour and the carbon lab tour. Tonight Dinner Show with Typical Drum Group. Meals: B, L, D

• Day 4 (Thu) Bergendal

After breakfast you will visit the local village of Brokopondo and the hydroelectric dam at Brokopondo lake, the biggest manmade lake of Suriname(snack box). Late afternoon Suriname River boat tour. Farewell dinner will start with “The fire dancers “, at the Adventure Center´s beach. Continue party and reggae night at the beach, BBQ, snacks and tropical cocktails will be served as well. Meals: B, L, D

• Day 5 (Fri) Bergendal / Paramaribo

After breakfast transfer to Paramaribo. Arrival and check in at the hotel. Afternoon independent activities for shopping. Today Tropical Cocktail Night at Krasnapolsky´s bar with local live music. Meals: B, D

• Day 6 Paramaribo – Old Holland Fort

Late morning depart for a city tour to visit the Old Holland Fort, entrance gate of African slavery trade, Suriname´s history museum. The tour will take you thru Paramaribo´s down town area and history icons and souvenir shopping. Afternoon hotel Inspection and staff meeting to give info of both hotels and answer questions. Fare well Cocktail and Dinner at Krasnapolsky. Meals: B, L, D

• Day 7 Paramaribo/Miami

05:00 Light breakfast and transfer out. Departure at 08.00 hs and arrival to Miami at 14:00 hs. Meals: B
