Commissions for "LAND ONLY" and "AIR & LAND" Programs

Sunny Land Tours, Inc. as a wholesale tour operator pays commissions for sales to travel agents of any affiliation, including but not limited to IATA, CLIA, ACTA, OSSN.  Commissions are paid for all land-only or air-and-land program** based on a performance scale with Sunny Land Tours, as follows:

*    This program is implemented and managed by Sunny Land Tours, Inc. and the company reserves the right to change the commission policy without prior notice.  Evaluations are done on regular basis based on calendar year.  In certain cases and for certain products (i.e. a competitive special-package or price matching etc) there may be commission caps.  Sunny Land Tours is the sole party to determine in which case to cap a commission on a certain sale.  Commission for Travel Insurance is always 10%.

**   Commissions are paid on base package rates, and this means all taxes and items such as shipping etc. are non-commissionable.  All Land-Only and Air-and-Land programs based on bulk airfares are commissionable as outlined above.  In certain cases if the nature of the request requires Sunny Land Tours to use published air, Sunny Land will notify the agent and a different commission policy for the published-air may be followed.

***  Annual Sales Volume is based on calendar year; and based on all commissionable sales.  Net sales excluded.  Group sales of 15 or more passengers excluded as there are separate policies governing Sunny Land's Group Department.

Sometimes Sunny Land Tours releases special-limited time increased commissions or booking incentives on certain products.
